Terms and conditions for using the Employee Self Service Application
1. Definition
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
• "Application" means the Employee Self Service application provided by IndoHRM ESS.
• "You" means the user of the Application.
• "Company" means PT Kineticum Indo Solusi as the owner of the IndoHRM and IndoHRM ESS software / applications.
2. Terms of Use
• By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms & Conditions before using the Application.
• Users can use the Application to access HR services provided by the Company, but are not permitted to use the Application for other purposes.
• Users are not permitted to share information or data obtained through the Application with other parties.
• Users are not permitted to use the Application to carry out illegal or unlawful activities.
• The Company reserves the right to take necessary action if the User violates these provisions.
3. General Provisions
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and personal data.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes or updates to the Application and the services it provides.
• Users agree to receive notifications regarding such changes or updates.
4. Truth of Information
You are responsible for providing true and accurate information to the Company when using the Application. You are also responsible for updating your information periodically to ensure that it remains true and accurate.
5. Application Usage
You can use the Application to access various services provided by the Company, including:
• Profile settings
• Payroll
• Absence/presence
• Overtime
• Reimbursement
• Leave and permits
• Training and development
• Performance
• Other
You can use the Application to access these services as long as you are still working at the Company.
6. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the Application for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes, including:
• Distribute or store illegal, harmful or offensive content
• Interfere with or compromise the performance of the Application
• Take actions that may compromise the security of the Application
• Take any action that may harm the Company or other users of the Application
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Application and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, images, videos and code, are the property of the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or use such content without the written permission of the Company.
8. Privacy Policy
The Company will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the Company's Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Company's website. You are responsible for checking the Company's website periodically for changes to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Prohibition of Diversion
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any other party without the written consent of the Company.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not successful, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.
12. Other Provisions
If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be removed from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
13. Language
These Terms & Conditions are translated into English. If there are differences between the Indonesian version and the English version, the Indonesian version will apply.
